Notice of Intended Marriage Form

You must lodge a Notice Of Intended Marriage form with your Celebrant no sooner than one month and one day and no later than eighteen months before you are married.

We can fill this out together at the time of booking and I can witness your signatures or alternatively you can download the form from the link on this page. 

Remember, the one month waiting period does not start until I have the completed and signed form in my possession.
